- Atomic Modern Brass and appropriately named "Grasshopper" tripod table lamp design by renown American designer Greta Grossman and manufactured by Ralph O. Smith Lighting Designs circa 1950's. The parts are manufactured of solid brass throughout (aside from the fiberglass shade) and are extremely well machined, manufactured, and substantial for there size. Simple yet sophisticated lines to the tripod base and topped off with a elegant spun fiberglass diffuser a true iconic piece of design history. The Desk/Table Lamp versions rarely come up, not nearly as often as the floor models. All orig. fiberglass in medium green heavily fibered shade.
