A seven-time All-Star, he helped the Oakland Athletics win three consecutive World Series championships from 1972 through 1974 and earned 1974 World Series MVP honors. With Milwaukee in 1981, Fingers became one of the rare pitchers to win both the American League Cy Young and MVP Awards in the same season. He retired with 341 saves and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1992.Willie Stargell, affectionately known as “Pops,” spent his entire 21-season career with the Pittsburgh Pirates. A seven-time All-Star and feared power hitter, Stargell finished with 475 home runs and 1,540 RBIs. He helped Pittsburgh win the 1971 and 1979 World Series, and his extraordinary 1979 season culminated with National League MVP, NLCS MVP, and World Series MVP honors.Harmon Killebrew, nicknamed “Killer,” was one of the premier home-run hitters of his generation. An 11-time All-Star and the 1969 American League MVP, Killebrew led the American League in home runs six times and finished with 573 career home runs and 1,584 RBIs. An eight-time All-Star, Snider hit 407 career home runs and helped the Dodgers capture their historic 1955 World Series championship and another title after the franchise moved to Los Angeles in 1959.
